We are a few hundred individuals from various countries
around the world whose home in Provence has been Mas des Grès for
around eight years now. One of the reasons why we choose to return is definitely
the cuisine.
A Moroccan-born Swiss national of Franco-Italian stock, Thierry is a genuine
product of the international melting pot. The memory of his inventive grandmother,
who taught him to appreciate good products, the art of preparing them and
the joy of sharing them with others, played an important role in the development
of his love of cuisine.
